2016年，全球酒店业的收购浪潮依旧汹涌。
7月12日，雅高酒店集团正式宣布完成收购FRHI酒店集团及其三个奢华酒店品牌：费尔蒙、莱佛士和瑞士酒店。自2015年确定收购以来，雅高终于在今年以8.4亿美元（约56亿元人民币）的金额将全球标志性奢华酒店品牌收入麾下，一跃成为奢华酒店市场的领导者。
事实上，从去年至今，酒店业的产业并购和资产并购一直都在持续。除了一直备受关注的万豪国际集团以122亿美元达成的喜达屋酒店及度假村集团收购案，去年年底，复星最终以9.39亿欧元的价格成功收购了法国度假村Club Med（地中海俱乐部）；今年4月，海航宣布买下酒店集团Carlson Rezidor，该集团在全球有1400多家酒店，旗下品牌有丽笙（Radisson）、丽亭（Park Plaza）等；据路透社报道，美国度假村集团Apple Leisure Group近日寻求出售股权，吸引了复星集团、海航集团的注意。

The village farmhouse is a big clean cozy comfortable room designed in a Chinese period setting style. Service and facilities are excellent and there is even free fruits and softdrinks that come with our stay. Its location is very convenient for touring the Ten Mile Gallery and climbing the Moon Hill mountain. The staff speak excellent English and all are accomodating and customer-friendly.
